Shayna Baszler made an immediate and devastating impact in her TNA debut, capturing the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship alongside Zoey Serrano at TNA Bound for Glory 2026 from the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida.
The championship bout kicked off with Allie locking horns with Baszler. Showing early dominance, Baszler shoved Allie into the corner, tripped her to the mat, and condescendingly patted her on the head before backing off. When Allie attempted to establish control through grappling, Baszler easily overpowered her, mocking the signature Butcher stomp that Hogan performed during her entrance.
Allie quickly tagged out, bringing Hogan into the fray. Hogan initially gained momentum by dropping Serrano with a pair of sharp kicks, but Baszler made a smart blind tag and attacked Hogan from behind, immediately focusing her ruthless offense on the challenger’s ankle.
Serrano tagged back in to maintain the pressure, punishing Hogan’s ankle and expertly cutting off the ring. When Hogan attempted to crawl toward Allie for a tag, Serrano violently yanked her back into a half-crab. Baszler re-entered the match, slamming Hogan’s leg into the canvas before locking in a tight heel hook. Hogan tried kicking her way free, but Baszler stood tall and wrenched the leg once again.
Serrano continued isolating Hogan, preventing a desperate tag to Allie by rushing out to knock Allie off the apron.
The match reached its boiling point when Serrano attempted a superplex, only for Hogan to counter with a devastating sunset flip powerbomb from the top rope. The momentum allowed Hogan to finally make the hot tag to Allie, who entered the ring on a mission. Shouting “For Andy!”, Allie planted Serrano with a powerful slam and went for the cover, but Baszler rushed in to break up the pin.
The challengers’ comeback was abruptly cut short. Serrano connected with a Codebreaker following a blind tag to Baszler, allowing “The Queen of Spades” to follow up with a lethal knee strike. Baszler immediately locked in her trademark Kirifuda Clutch, choking Allie out until she passed out, prompting the referee to call for the bell.
The decisive submission victory crowns Shayna Baszler and Zoey Serrano as the new TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions, sending shockwaves through the entire TNA women’s division.
