Aalyah Mysterio is officially branching out into television, making a notable on-screen appearance during the October 20 episode of WWE NXT on The CW.
The appearance occurred during a backstage segment setting up the singles match between Layla Diggs and Izzi Dame. As Dame confronted members of the women’s locker room, Aalyah was spotted among the talent present for the scene.
The cameo follows her official announcement as a member of the newest rookie class reporting to the WWE Performance Center. Having officially entered WWE’s developmental system under her family lineage, her brief on-screen appearance has fueled fan speculation regarding how the company plans to integrate her into the NXT brand moving forward.
