Tommy Dreamer is facing a series of allegations from multiple wrestlers shortly after his departure from TNA Wrestling.
Dreamer confirmed last week that he and TNA mutually parted ways following a conversation with company president Carlos Silva. He had been a key figure behind the scenes, contributing to creative, production, and talent relations during his tenure.
Allegations Surface From Multiple Wrestlers
Independent referee Perch publicly accused Dreamer of threatening his career. According to his account, Dreamer allegedly pulled him aside at a TNA event and warned he would do everything possible to prevent him from getting work. While Perch did not provide further context or direct quotes, he described the interaction as “very discouraging.”
Additional claims have come from several wrestlers regarding in-ring situations. Kennedy Copeland shared that she pitched a kendo stick spot for a match, which Dreamer declined, opting instead for a spanking spot.
Dani Jordyn also alleged that Dreamer “insisted” on including a crotch grab spot in a match without first asking for her consent. Jordyn noted that the sequence did not fit the structure of the match and was added regardless.
Meanwhile, Carlie Bravo claimed Dreamer told him he could not be hired because he was unsure how to present a “cocky black guy” to a wider audience. Bravo has since deleted the post, and Dreamer has not issued any public response to the accusations.
Support From Industry Figures
Despite the allegations, some wrestling personalities have publicly defended Dreamer. Mickie James and Missy Hyatt both spoke in his support.
Hyatt emphasized Dreamer’s contributions to the wrestling industry, stating that he has helped numerous independent talents secure opportunities over the years. She also referred to him as an “asset to any company and locker room,” highlighting his reputation among peers.
As of now, the situation remains ongoing, with no official response issued by Dreamer regarding the claims made against him.
