World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) has changed its schedule for September 6, confirming that Money in the Bank will no longer take place on that date. The announcement was made during the June 8 episode of RAW, where the company revealed a special edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event will instead air on the planned weekend.
The event will take place at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, continuing WWE’s use of the revived Saturday Night’s Main Event format. The venue previously hosted a SNME special in July 2025, which included Goldberg’s retirement match.
Money in the Bank was originally scheduled for September 6 in New Orleans at the Smoothie King Center. The premium live event has now been moved to Saturday, October 10, while remaining in the same city and venue.
Tickets for the September 6 Saturday Night’s Main Event go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. Eastern Time. In the United States, the show will stream live on Peacock, consistent with other SNME broadcasts.
The Saturday Night’s Main Event series, revived in December 2024, continues to expand its schedule. The next confirmed show takes place at Madison Square Garden in New York City on July 18, followed by the Atlanta event on September 6.
SNME was revived in December 2024 and has been used by WWE as a recurring primetime special alongside its premium live events, giving additional televised spotlight to major stars and storylines.
WWE has not announced any changes to the overall Money in the Bank qualification structure, and the tournament style build for both men’s and women’s matches is expected to continue on weekly programming.
