Spoiler on Matches for Tonight's WWE SmackDown

Spoiler on Matches for Tonight’s WWE SmackDown – Tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown is slated to be a notable one as the company will tie up the fallout from WrestleMania XL while also building toward the future.

The only things confirmed for the show from the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, MI are appearances by newly crowned WWE Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and Women’s Champion Bayley as they will speak. Rhodes went over Roman Reigns to win the title, while Bayley dethroned IYO SKY for her title.

With WWE Backlash France taking place in less than a month, the company will look to build up the card. WrestleVotes reports there are slated to be two big triple threat matches tonight where the winners of the bout will face each other next week to determine a new #1 contender for Rhodes’ title.

“Tonight’s #SmackDown is set to feature 2 triple threat matches to name a brand new #1 contender. As of now those matches are: Kevin Owens vs Rey Mysterio vs AJ Styles and Santos Escobar vs LA Knight vs Bobby Lashley. With the winners going one on one next week.”

The two matches will likely be announced later, before the start of the show, but for now, they are to be considered a spoiler.
