New QR Code Leads to “We Bolieved” Message – Before LA Knight was in singles competition against Angel on the May 3rd episode of WWE SmackDown, a new QR code popped up on the screen.
The QR code took fans to a fake ad for Saturday’s WWE Backlash event. The ad was quickly interrupted by a video of a woman in a tattered wedding dress standing in a room filled with candles.
On the screen, captions began popping up that included “Our pain became his. We were reborn. We believed. Because we believed.” The final “believed,” however, flickered briefly, showing “We Bolieved” instead. This is an obvious reference to WWE’s Bo Dallas, who was set to play a crucial role in the “Uncle Howdy” storyline orchestrated by the late Bray Wyatt.
However, since Wyatt’s untimely passing, Dallas hasn’t been seen at all, so it’s unclear what will happen with him and the mysterious QR codes next.
The screen glitches and QR codes on WWE programming have been appearing since the April 8 episode of WWE Raw.
