It’s noted that NXT faced stiff competition on this particular night, as it went head-to-head with the NBA game between the New York Knicks and the Brooklyn Nets on TNT. The basketball game drew 989,000 viewers and had a 0.31 demo rating.
Despite the competition, NXT featured significant moments such as the return of William Regal, who appointed Ava Raine as the new general manager of the brand. The episode also showcased various top stars in action, including Baron Corbin, Bron Breakker, Dragon Lee, Lexis King, Trick Williams, and Dijak.
