Charlotte Flair Shares Rehab Video 2 Weeks Post-Surgery – Charlotte Flair shared a brief update on her recovery in the form of a new post on social media, showcasing the superstar going through her rehab process.
In a new post to Instagram, Flair shared a series of videos of her working out just a few weeks after her surgery for a torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus. The video comes as a bit of a surprise, as Flair is just 12 days removed from her surgery, but the superstar seems dedicated to return as quickly as possible.
Charlotte suffered an apparent injury during her match against Asuka on the December 8 episode of WWE SmackDown. WWE then announced that Flair would be out of action for nine months. Mike Johnson of PWInsider reported that Flair suffered a torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus.
