AJ Styles Not Happy with Michin – The trouble within The OC continues and in a video posted to WWE’s social media accounts, AJ Styles is making it clear that he’s not happy about the group taking so many losses.
Following last night’s SmackDown, WWE posted a digital exclusive showing Michin going up to Styles to ask for advice after her match last week. Michin challenged and lost to Women’s Champion IYO SKY on last week’s show. Last night, Styles didn’t have much to say to Michin other than asking “Did you win?” before walking away.
The problems within The OC happened when Styles went on a two-month hiatus after being attacked by Solo Sikoa. Styles was scheduled to team with John Cena against Jimmy Uso and Sikoa at Fastlane but he was replaced by LA Knight.
Styles returned on December 15 and helped Knight and Orton fend off The Bloodline. At SmackDown: New Year’s Revolution, Styles blew off The O.C. when they tried to greet him as Styles took offense to them not helping him when he was taken out by The Bloodline a couple of months back.
All of this is pointing to a split within The OC but WWE has also done these teases before with the intent to give wrestlers a fresh start so either we’ll see a stronger OC this year or this is the start of plans to break the group apart. It could also be a way to elevate Michin in the women’s division.
Styles will be challenging Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at the Royal Rumble in a Fatal 4-Way match that also includes Randy Orton and LA Knight.
