WWE Achieves Record-Breaking Success with Historic MSG Event – Tuesdays’ event at Madison Square Garden in New York City proved to be historic, breaking records and marking a milestone in the company’s live event history.
According to reports from Fightful Select, Tuesday night’s sold-out show at MSG during the ongoing WWE Holiday Live Tour set a new record. It now stands as the highest-grossing domestic non-televised live event in WWE’s entire history. The event featured the much-anticipated in-ring comeback of CM Punk against Dominik Mysterio, drawing significant attention and generating remarkable revenue.
Punk’s victory over “Dirty” Dom, secured with his signature GTS, was followed by a post-match promo where Punk hinted at his aspirations to kick off, rather than conclude, his narrative at WrestleMania 40, scheduled for next year in Philadelphia, PA.
