Jim Ross Set to Make AEW Dynamite Return Tonight – Jim Ross will be at AEW Dynamite tonight from the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, OK.
The WWE Hall of Famer has lived in Norman, OK, which is just minutes away from the arena, for years. He will be there to help the company celebrate the holidays with the special Holiday Bash episode.
Tony Schiavone announced the news during the AEW Control Center ahead of the show. Ross has been away due to health issues while continuing to do his weekly podcast.
Schiavone said, “Come join us for some great action in the Continental Classic and more, including welcoming back JR. That’s right, Jim Ross will be with us tonight in Oklahoma City. We’ll celebrate the holidays with JR and have some great action as we also help Toys for Tots.”
Continental Classic Gold League matches announced for tonight’s Dynamite include Jon Moxley vs. Jay White, Swerve Strickland vs. Rush, and Mark Briscoe vs. Jay Lethal.
We’ll hear from AEW World Heavyweight Champion MJF and Samoa Joe ahead of their Worlds End PPV match on the show as well. Also, the winner of Saraya vs. Riho gets an AEW Women’s Championship match at Worlds End.
