AEW Tag Team Title Match Set for AEW Worlds End – On the December 13 episode of AEW Dynamite, Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega threw down the gauntlet, challenging Ricky Starks and Big Bill for the AEW Tag Team Titles at AEW Worlds End.
Starks and Bill accepted the challenge, leading to a heated exchange of words between the two teams. Jericho, known for his creative banter, came up with several team names for Starks and Bill, but tensions rose as Starks felt Jericho’s suggestions fell flat. This prompted Jericho to liken Starks to a less charismatic Enzo Amore, sparking more verbal jabs between them.
Eventually, both teams agreed to settle their differences and clash for the AEW Tag Team Titles at AEW Worlds End, setting the stage for what promises to be an intense and highly competitive showdown.
Jericho and Omega earned their shot at the AEW Tag Team Titles by defeating The Young Bucks at AEW Full Gear. This victory came after The Young Bucks agreed to put their guaranteed title shot on the line, earned previously at AEW WrestleDream, in their match against Jericho and Omega at Full Gear.
