In an official announcement, Impact Wrestling revealed that the current World Champion, Alex Shelley, will defend the title, then recognized as the TNA World title, against Moose, the winner of the Feast or Fired briefcase. Moose secured the briefcase at Impact 1000 in September, guaranteeing him a shot at the World title.
Alex Shelley has held the World title since triumphing over Steve Maclin at Against All Odds in June, and now faces a formidable challenge in the form of Moose.
This World title clash is one of the featured matches alongside a Knockouts World Championship bout between Trinity and Jordynne Grace. The event is set to take place at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada, promising an exciting night of professional wrestling action at Hard to Kill.
