The Creed Brothers And Ivy Nile Comment On Joining WWE RAW – Former NXT Tag Team Champions The Creed Brothers (Brutus and Julius Creed), along with Ivy Nile, debuted on the October 30 episode of WWE Raw and defeated Chad Gable and Otis of Alpha Academy.
The Diamond Mine trio signed contracts to officially join Raw on the November 6 episode. Brutus and Julius then defeated DIY (Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano). Nile also made her in-ring debut by competing in a battle royal for a shot at the WWE Women’s World Championship.
Speaking on Raw Talk, the trio discussed their successful night. Byron Sacton noted that Julius and Brutus were 2-0 since they joined the red brand.
Julius Creed: Yeah, I mean, you can’t complain. Brutus put it really well today. I’ll let him take it. He’s talking about, this feels like a childhood dream right now.
Brutus Creed: It does. I was just saying I’m the locker room before we went out there, five-year-old me would be freaking out. I heard Monday Night Raw on the TV, I was watching it was a kid. I realize, oh no, I’m out there. I’m going out there soon. It was just an awesome moment to wrestle in front of all those fans. I was a fan, and now, I don’t know. I’m proud of everyone here. I don’t even know what to say right now. It feels like a childhood dream just came true to me.
JC: Diamond Mine is on Raw because there was a need for Creed, and you, little buddy [to Nile]. There was a need for you, too. She did good tonight.
Saxton then noted that Nile had an impressive performance in the women’s battle royal. Nile called it an amazing experience and echoed Brutus’ comment that it was a dream come true. She made it clear that she would never forget the remarkable night.
Ivy Nile: I was final four, and Nia Jax took me out. That was an amazing experience. Like you said, you go from watching it every single Monday night and watching, maybe one day, and then the day that, today, I will always remember as one of the best days ever.
The Creed Brothers were then asked about signing contracts to officially join WWE Raw. Julius expressed his excitement and looked forward to the future.
JC: That feels awesome. We’re turning idols, people that we used to watch on TV, into rivals, and we’re excited to see where we fall on the whole thing because it’s Diamond Mine forever.
