Potential Spoiler on Women’s WarGames Match At Survivor Series

Potential Spoiler on Women’s WarGames Match At Survivor Series – On Friday’s episode of SmackDown, WWE initiated the buildup for the Women’s WarGames Match at this year’s Survivor Series. Damage CTRL (IYO SKY, Bayley, & Kairi Sane) secured a victory over the team of Bianca Belair, Charlotte Flair, & Asuka in a six-woman tag team match. Notably, during the bout, Asuka turned heel by attacking Flair.

WWE has already confirmed several matches for Survivor Series, including The Judgment Day vs. Seth Rollins, Sami Zayn, Jey Uso, & Cody Rhodes in the Men’s WarGames Match, WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley vs. Zoey Stark, and WWE Intercontinental Champion GUNTHER vs. The Miz.

WrestleVotes had initially reported that the Women’s WarGames Match was internally listed as SKY, Bayley, Sane, & Asuka vs. Flair, Belair & Shotzi. The fourth member of the babyface team was unknown at that time.

According to reports from PWInsider, the belief at SmackDown was that Becky Lynch would be the final member of the babyface team. Lynch had disappeared from WWE television after losing the NXT Women’s Title to Tiffany Stratton.
