WWE Releases Matt Riddle

WWE Releases Matt Riddle – Matt Riddle has joined the list of recent roster cuts. Speculation arose regarding his WWE future when he was conspicuously absent from the last two episodes of Raw.

Riddle himself confirmed his departure from the company through a post on X/Twitter, expressing gratitude for the memories, opportunities, and the unwavering support of his fans.

His statement read: “Just wanted to inform everyone that I’m no longer with WWE. Thank you for the memories and opportunities also thank you to all the fans for the support and love you give me every time I go out to the ring. See you all soon.”

This exit from WWE follows an incident at JFK Airport in New York, where Riddle claimed that he was sexually assaulted by a police officer. Riddle even posted a photo of the officer in question, although he later deleted the post.

Law enforcement authorities have indicated that they were unaware of any such incident. Instead, TMZ reported that police were called due to an alleged disturbance caused by Riddle while deplaning. Matt Riddle’s claims have prompted an internal investigation into the matter.

As Matt Riddle embarks on a new chapter outside of WWE, the circumstances surrounding his departure and the ongoing investigation add a layer of complexity to this development in his wrestling career.
