Charlotte Flair Shows Off Her Body Transformation – Charlotte Flair has done it all in WWE, from finding success on the main roster to WWE NXT, where she has held several championships.
She’s come a long way in separating herself from the shadow of her legendary father, Ric Flair. Flair took time off from WWE after losing the SmackDown Women’s Title to Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 39.
Last week on SmackDown, she returned and confronted Women’s Champion Asuka, defending a title shot. She will be appearing on The Grayson Waller Effect tonight on SmackDown.
As seen below, Flair took to Instagram to show her body transformation from 2019 compared to today, along with a positive message:

Never forget how far you’ve come. I used to think I had all the answers and was “working hard”. Actually, I was constantly in self-doubt and working against myself. However, I was determined not to settle. This is a actually a rare photo in a sports-bra because I always covered my stomach in clothes AND wrestling gear. Consistency, discipline and the determination to change has guided me the last 4 years. Some days good….. some days bad but I never stop wanting to improve!
