Eddie Kingston To Undergo Hernia Surgery

Eddie Kingston To Undergo Hernia Surgery – As noted, Eddie Kingston revealed that he had been dealing with a hernia since September, and he would likely need surgery.

At the ROH TV tapings on May 7 (spoiler results here), Kingston appeared and addressed the crowd. According to fans in attendance, Kingston announced that he will be having hernia surgery on May 9, and he thinks he will be back in about six weeks.

Kingston last wrestled at ROH Supercard of Honor on March 31, where he unsuccessfully challenged Claudio Castagnoli for the ROH World Championship. He was set to compete at NJPW Collision in Philadelphia, but he was pulled from the card due to an undisclosed injury. Kingston is signed to AEWROH; he “quit” AEW after the March 2 episode of AEW Dynamite and subsequently moved to ROH.
