Early Spoilers For 5/29 WWE RAW – WWE is coming off the heels of Saturday’s Night of Champions premium live event from Saudi Arabia where the RAW brand got its top champion as Seth Rollins beat AJ Styles for the World Heavyweight Title.
As previously reported, this title will not follow the lineage of the World Heavyweight Title that was created for Triple H in 2002. Instead, Rollins is the inaugural champion.
Insider account @BoozerRasslin reported several planned matches for tonight’s show from the MVP Arena in Albany, NY.
The Miz will battle Ricochet while Bronson Reed is slated to take on Shinsuke Nakamura in RAW’s Money in the Bank qualifying matches.
The account noted Rollins “finds himself in an uncanny alliance when he takes on the leaders of RAW.”
WWE is planning to do a big main event that starts a new chapter, but no further details were given. WWE will give full momentum to the feud between Dolph Ziggler and JD McDonagh. There will be a backstage promo with Kayden Carter and Katana Chance.
The Judgment Day will be on the hunt for WWE Undisputed Tag Team Champions Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn while Imperium and Alpha Academy face off to see who gets a future title match.

This new report notes that Ciampa is in Albany and is being reviewed for his return. It was also noted that DIY vs. Owens and Zayn is the plan for SummerSlam
- Matt Riddle is set to challenge WWE Intercontinental Champion GUNTHER next, which means he likely will not compete in the Men’s Money In the Bank Ladder Match
- Becky Lynch and WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus will appear for a promo segment, likely with Zoey Stark as well
- WWE will go “full momentum” with the JD McDonagh vs. Dolph Ziggler feud tonight
- Promo packages for Katana Chance and Kayden Carter will begin airing tonight
- There will be a big main event tonight to kick off a new era of RAW. New WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins will find himself in an “uncanny alliance when he takes on the leaders of RAW” and there will also be a big tease planned for his first challenger tonight.
