CM Punk Calls Out Gossip Reporting – CM Punk took to Instagram to write about Bryan Alvarez. David Bixenspan included the IG Stories screenshots below.
One of the screenshots is an email that Bixenspan says was sent around 2009-2010 so apparently Punk has been hanging on to that for over a decade.
Punk then followed up with a video about fans who take sides with people who they do not know.
In his recent video, Punk stated, “The parasocial relationship a lot of fringe wrestling fans have with certain people is really unhealthy. I get the tribalism, it’s fun to root for your team, but picking sides seems a little silly. You don’t know me, you don’t know anybody else. So, go touch grass.”
Kenny Omega commented on the “CM Punk vs. The Elite” narrative coming out of AEW All Out 2022 and the altercation that occured between the two parties. He encouraged everyone to let it go. You can find his full comments by clicking here.
