Tonight’s WWE RAW episode was headlined by Lita and Becky Lynch challenging Damage CTRL for the Women’s Tag Team Titles.
In the final moments, Lynch tried to tag out but Lita was pulled off the ring apron and Lynch had to wrestle most of the match by herself. There were several times when Lita tried to help Lynch but she was taken out at different times, including a bump outside of the ring.
Late in the match, Trish Stratus ran out and attacked Bayley, and Lita finally tagged in to hit some offensive moves on IYO SKY. Lita hit the moonsault to win the match for her team.
Trish’s return had been expected for many weeks but the plans for her were delayed for various reasons. It appears that she will be facing Bayley at WrestleMania 39.
