AEW Makes Change To The World Title Eliminator Tournament

During today’s Full Gear media call, Tony Khan announced that the AEW World Championship Eliminator Tournament will not conclude at Full Gear.

Ethan Page is currently awaiting his challenger in the finals of the tournament, as Ricky Starks will face Lance Archer on Friday’s episode of Rampage. The match between Ricky and Lance was moved due to a legitimate injury suffered by Starks and Starks wasn’t medically cleared in time.

The winner of that match will face Brian Cage during the Zero Hour of AEW Full Gear. The winner between Starks/Archer and Cage at Full Gear will advance to the finals on Wednesday, November 23 in Chicago, Illinois, to face Page and determine who will challenge for the World Championship.

The top matches featured on the Full Gear card include AEW World Heavyweight Champion Jon Moxley vs. MJF, AEW Interim Women’s World Champion Toni Storm vs. Jamie Hayter, ROH World Champion Chris Jericho vs. Bryan Danielson vs. Sammy Guevara vs. Claudio Castagnoli, and Saraya vs. Britt Baker.
