He became the champion in FCW. I was the fasted from developmental to the main roster. I don’t think the same way now. I was a bit more cocky and I thought I deserved it. I would win many titles and have a Hall of Fame career.

When things weren’t going well, instead of working harder, I got angry. My professional life fell apart and then my mom got sick. I see her as a superhero, but when she passed away, I went off the deep end. I got fired and it was the best thing to happen to me. I was so clueless coming to the US. I would return to WWE a man.

I was ready to step up as the leader people believed I could be.

— The music hits as Karrion Kross and Scarlett appear on the big screen. Kross says that was a beautiful story about redemption. Congratulations Mr. McIntyre. Maybe this is your time. Maybe not. However, take this moment to think about it. Feel it and savor it. At any given moment, I can put my arm through the back of your head and all of your achievements would mean nothing. Tick tock.
