This week’s Dynamite drew a 0.32 rating in the key 18-49 demographic. This is down 11.11% from last week’s 0.36 rating. This week’s 0.32 key demographic rating represents 417,000 viewers who watched the show from that 18-49 demo. This is down 11.27% from last week’s 470,000 18-49 viewers that the 0.36 key demo rating represented, according to Wrestlenomics.
Wednesday’s Dynamite drew the eleventh-lowest audience of the year so far. The episode was also tied with the May 4 show for the third-lowest key demo rating of the year so far. There was no sports competition last night as it was a fairly normal night on TV.
Wednesday’s Fyter Fest Night 1 edition of AEW Dynamite aired live from the Enmarket Arena in Savannah, GA, and featured several happenings advertised ahead of time – an appearance by Chris Jericho, Anna Jay vs. Serena Deeb, an appearance by Christian Cage and a match with Luchasaurus, Claudio Castagnoli vs. Jake Hager, AEW Interim World Champion Jon Moxley vs. Konosuke Takeshita in a non-title Eliminator Match, AEW TNT Champion Wardlow defending against Orange Cassidy, plus the main event, which saw The Young Bucks defend the AEW World Tag Team Titles against FTW Champion Ricky Starks and Powerhouse Hobbs, and the new champions, Keith Lee and Swerve Strickland.
