Last night’s AEW All Out was expected to do record numbers for pay-per-view buys, and they did not disappoint. We are not sure how many pay-per-view buys the show did just yet, but Tony Khan proclaims it broke a record for the company.
Khan logged onto Twitter on the morning after All Out. Many fans might not even be awake yet since they had such a long night of pro wrestling beforehand. They will wake up to a nice message from the AEW President thanking them for their support.
Thank you to everyone who’s ordered #AEWAllOut & made it the most watched @AEW PPV ever! Thank you everyone who attended the show! If you haven’t seen it, please consider ordering the ppv; it’s ignited the passion of wrestling fans worldwide! Thank you all for making it possible!
We will have to see if AEW can top All Out, because that will be a tough one to beat. 2021’s All Out event will likely go down in company history as one of the most important pay-per-view events the company ever produced; and they hit a home run according to many. Hopefully, they have a plan to follow up on this huge surge of momentum.
