Ariane Andrew Considering Return To WWE

Former WWE Star Ariane Andrew, who many fans would know as Cameron from the Funkadactyls, wants to make her return to the company.

During an interview on The Wrestling Inc. Daily, Andrew responded to the question about whether or not she would like to go back to WWE.

Andrew said, “I am very torn if I want to say this, but I actually reached out recently and was like, ‘I would love to come back,’ and, will I be back? That’s to be determined, but I actually reached out to Vince [McMahon] himself and was like, you know what, I’m going to go to the person who’s at the top. I miss being in that world of wrestling. I saw Naomi three months ago, and I was like, you know what, if I have nothing, if I never got the championship, I feel like having the tag team titles would be awesome.”

Andrew says that McMahon actually responded and said that he would pass along her request to WWE’s head of talent relations John Laurinaitis.

Andrew has done some acting and she released a single titled “Born With It” since her run with WWE ended in 2016. In 2020, she wrestled on an episode of AEW Dynamite against Nyla Rose in the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Tournament Cup.

WWE is looking for younger talent. At 33 years old, Andrew could be someone that is considered for another run. Check out Andrew’s interview below.
