WWE has re-booked two matches for this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown On FOX.
It turns out that these matches were scheduled for last week’s show in Buffalo, New York at the KeyBank Center, but didn’t take place as the talents involved in these matches were stuck in Saudi Arabia due to flight delays.
Instead, WWE booked an NXT invasion on the show in order to kick start the build towards Survivor Series.
A commercial aired during Monday’s Raw advertising Roman Reigns vs. Baron Corbin and a Tag Team Title match that will see SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Revival defending against The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Big E).
WWE will tape Friday’s episode of SmackDown as well as next week’s Raw at the Manchester Arena in Manchester, England this Friday. We’ll be providing spoilers for both shows.
