We are live from the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Kurt Angle is in the ring and he has a table behind him with the Raw Women’s Championship and the Money in the Bank Briefcase.

Kurt mentions that Raw had the winners of both Money in the Bank ladder matches. He brings out the woman who won the ladder match and then cashed in, the new Raw Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss.

Kurt says Alexa demanded this presentation and Kurt gives Alexa the title belt. Kurt says that while Nia Jax is doing physical therapy, she is asking for her rematch at Extreme Rules.

Alexa asks if Kurt is going to move on to next month without talking about last night. She wants to say Thank You to everyone. She thanks them for the opportunity, the opportunity to rub it in all of your faces.

The crowd chants for Ronda and Alexa says that she showed what it was like to take care of a bully like Nia Jax and someone who acts like a bully in Ronda Rousey. Alexa says she shocked the world and cashed in. It is all about her. Alexa says she is the only woman who matters and she is a three time Raw Women’s Champion.

Ronda Rousey’s music plays and she makes her way to the ring with a purpose. Kurt has to hold Ronda back from Alexa.

Alexa tells Ronda to calm down while Kurt and Ronda discuss something. Alexa says she thought Ronda would be doing physical therapy too. She asks Ronda if she came out to show the welts from the briefcase from last night. Are you looking for a lesson to know the difference between WWE and UFC. What she did last night was 100% perfectly legal. It is not all bad. Ronda, you looked like you were seconds away from making Nia tap. It was fingertips away. You could taste the gold, but we will never know.

Alexa says we know why Ronda is out here. She is angry that the headlines were not about you. They did interviews and stories about her. Alexa says she is the women’s champion and Ronda is irrelevant. If you ever want a title match, you have to go to the back of the line. Alexa calls Ronda and overhyped rookie.

Rousey drops Bliss and goes after her but Angle pulls her off. Rousey slams Angle. Bliss goes for a briefcase shot but Rousey avoids it. Rousey beats on Bliss with the briefcase now. Angle comes over to stop her again but Rousey beats him into the corner with briefcase shots. Rousey has snapped. Rousey attacks two referees as well. Rousey grabs Bliss from the corner, picks her up on her shoulders and walks with her. Rousey drives Bliss through the table for a big pop. Fans chant for Rousey now as she makes her exit with the music playing. Angle approaches Rousey on the stage but she turns and heads to the back. Angle follows as we go to a replay.

Backstage:

We cut to the backstage, where Ronda yells at Kurt in the back and she says she is tired of people telling her that UFC and WWE are different. Kurt says that he has to suspend Ronda for 30 days. Ronda storms off as we go to commercial.

– We are back with a moments ago moment of Ronda Rousey attacking Alexa Bliss, Kurt Angle, and referees.

Backstage:

Renee Young tries to get comments from Ronda Rousey and when she does not stop walking, Renee wishes Ronda luck. She says Kurt can suspend her for 30 days. You can wish you good luck on Alexa Bliss because she will kick her pink haired ass.

In the Arena:

WWE Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins makes his way to the ring. Seth says it is heating up. There is an electricity in the ring and a buzz in the back. He says Elias took him to his limit and he loved every second of it. He is still standing and he is still the Intercontinental Champion. Seth says he is a fighting champion and he suggests that we have an Open Challenge. There is no better place than here and no better time than right now. Seth wants to know who has the guts to come out and face him.

Dolph Ziggler comes out and then he is joined by Drew McIntyre.

WWE Intercontinental Title Match: Dolph Ziggler vs. Seth Rollins

The bell rings and Ziggler goes for the Zig Zag but misses. Rollins goes for The Stomp and misses that. We go to commercial.

Back from the break and Ziggler dropkicks Rollins as he tries to springboard in from the apron. Rollins falls to the floor as McIntyre watches. Ziggler keeps control and brings it back into the ring. Fans chant “burn it down!” as they go at it. Ziggler gets the upperhand and drops Rollins for a 2 count. Ziggler with more offense and a neckbreaker for a 2 count. Ziggler shows off some and takes his time with Rollins as fans boo. Rollins fights back but Ziggler whips him hard into the corner. Ziggler with another 2 count. Ziggler keeps Rollins grounded now.

Ziggler keeps Rollins grounded with a bodyscissors now. Ziggler ends up landing on the ring post after Rollins slingshots him into the corner. They trade shots in the middle of the ring now. Rollins mounts offense now. Rollins with a Slingblade. Rollins sends Ziggler out to the floor now. Rollins runs the ropes and nails a suicide dive, sending Ziggler into the barrier. Rollins brings it back into the ring and springboards in from the apron with a clothesline. Ziggler kicks out at 2. We go to commercial with Rollins in control.

We are back and Ziggler with a splash but Rollins blocks the neck breaker and gets a near fall with a back slide. Ziggler with a sunset flip to counter the buckle bomb and he gets a near fall. Rollins with a V Trigger for a near fall. We see footage from the break when Rolins and Ziggler both went over the top rope to the floor on a suplex attempt.

Rollins looks at McIntyre and then he sets for thrust kick and then he hits it but misses Black Out. Ziggler with a kick to the knee and a Fameasser for a near fall. Ziggler gets to his feet first and he sets for the super kick. Rollins with a super kick and a second one for a near fall. Rollins goes up top and goes for the frog splash but Ziggler moves out of the way and Rollins hits the mat. Ziggler goes up top and Rollins crotches Ziggler. Rollins with a head butt and he sets for the superplex but Ziggler blocks it. Ziggler punches Rollins to the mat and Rollins goes up top and Ziggler stops him again with a head butt. Ziggler with a cross body but Rollins rolls through and hits a buckle bomb.

Rollins with a thrust kick and he hits McIntyre. Ziggler with a rollup for a near fall. Rollins with a rollup for a near fall and then Ziggler rolls through for the three count.

Winner: Dolph Ziggler (new Champion)

After the match, Ziggler celebrates with the title. Rollins is shocked as we go to replays. McIntyre attacks from behind and they double team Rollins now. They hit the Claymore/Zig-Zag combo move and leave Rollins laying. Ziggler and McIntyre stand tall over Rollins as the music hits.

– We are back with a look at the crowning of a new Intercontinental Champion.

Backstage:

Renee Young is with Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre. Dolph says Monday Night Rollins is cancelled. There is no reboot coming. This is their show now. Drew says they told everybody. This is just the beginning. This is the first of many titles to come. Unlike former champions, this will not allow them to get soft. Dolph says you hear people with their catchphrases. There is a difference between them and everybody else. When they say something they do it.

Bobby Roode vs. Curt Hawkins

Hawkins with a kick and then he trips Roode as he goes to the floor. Hawkins with a back slide for a near fall. Roode with a spinebuster and he signals for the Glorious DDT and he kicks Hawkins and hits the DDT for the three count.

Winner: Bobby Roode

– We are back with a look at the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match from last night.

In the Arena:

Braun Strowman makes his way to the ring.

He says he has smashed tables and broken ladders. He flipped over an ambulance with his bare hands. He won a trophy in Saudi Arabia by tossing people around like bean bags. He even played a cello. Braun says this was the greatest as he holds the briefcase. He stepped in the ring with seven other superstars and he smashed and snatched the contract. Now all Brock Lesnar has to do is show his face and then he will cash in to become the new Universal Champion. The Beast is going to get these hands.

Kevin Owens’ music plays and he makes his way to the stage and he does it gingerly.

Braun says he is surprised to see Kevin after he threw him off a twenty foot ladder last night.

Kevin says he probably shouldn’t be out here. He says it hurts to breathe, but he has to talk to Braun. He is not here to steal your spotlight or get retribution. He wants to be the first from the locker room to say . . . congratulations. Kevin says you deserve it (and the crowd chants it). Kevin says he knew Braun would win and you know that Braun knew that Kevin knew he would win. That is why he tried to band together to neutralize you. Kevin says he might be foolish and he tells Braun to listen to him. You are Mr. Monster in the Bank. Now you have this incredible opportunity. You need to be smart about this and you need a strategy. Kevin says that is where he fits in.

Kevin says they have a lot in common. He is not a monster. People think they are angry individuals, but they are good hearted. Who has their backs in this company? You haven’t needed anybody so far, but last night, your life changed when you won that. Who can you count on around here? At Wrestlemania, when you needed a tag team partner, you had to go into the crowd to get a ten year old kid. Kevin says his best friend was injured at the hands of Bobby Lashley and Kevin has no idea when he will be back. Kevin says they are both alone and they both need a friend.

Maybe friend is too strong a word. Maybe they can help each other. They can use each other. Kevin says he knows how prestigious it is to be Universal Champion. After they help . . . use each other and Braun cashes in the briefcase, they can have a match for the Universal Title. You do something for him and he does something for you. They can start it tonight. Monster and man. Kevin says he does not want these hands. All he wants to do is shake Braun’s hand.

Kevin holds out his hand adn Braun shakes it. Braun does not let go as he drops the mic. Kevin tries to leave the ring and Braun holds on. Braun pulls Kevin close and Kevin begs for mercy before Strowman gets Owens up. Kevin is able to escape and get out of the ring.

– We take a look at what the Riott Squad did to Bayley after Ruby beat Bayley.

Backstage:

Sasha Banks is in the locker room and Bayley stops by. Bayley humbles herself and she says sorry to Sasha about last night. She says she was rooting for Sasha last night. Bayley says Sasha can stop. She says Sasha can stop replaying the ladder match in her head. Sasha says she wants to be the best. Bayley says she does too and she tells Sasha it doesn’t help to sit around and sulk. Bayley says she was humiliated by the Riott Squad and she is ready to take the fight to them with Sasha. Things haven’t been great between them and she needs Sasha as her partner. This can be a new start for both of them. They shake hands and they are BFFs again.

– We go to the ring and out comes RAW Tag Team Champions Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt. Back to commercial.

We are back and Curtis Axel appears on the TitanTron like Matt Hardy and he says the B Team must delete you. Bo Wyatt appears and he tells Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt they are destined to dance in the shadow and do all sort of weird things you aren’t going to like. Things like…

Bo takes off the beard. He says they are not afraid and they are going for the tag titles. Curtis says that would be wonderful. He says he never breaks character. Bo says they are the B Team… RUN! They drop down out of the camera shot.

Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt vs. Rhyno and Heath Slater in a Non Title Match

Rhyno and Slater attack Hardy and Wyatt and Rhyno with shoulders in the corner. Hardy sends Rhyno into the turnbuckles and he calls for a Twist of Fate but Rhyno escapes. Hardy knocks Slater off the apron and then Rhyno with a clothesline. Slater tags in and they hit a double back elbow. Slater with a punch and knee drop for a near fall. Rhyno with a head butt to Hardy. Hardy with punches and a jaw breaker. Slater tags in and he misses a move from the turnbuckles. Hardy with a Twist of Fate and he tags in Wyatt who connects with palm thrusts and a splash in the corner.

Wyatt with a cross body and then he does the crab walk and then he sets for Sister Abigail but Rhyno interferes. Hardy with a Twist of Fate to Rhyno. Slater with a boot and Wyatt with a clothesline. Wyatt leans back in the corner and Hardy tags in. Wyatt and Hardy hit the Kiss of Deletion for the three count.

Winners: Bray Wyatt and Matt Hardy

After the match, Wyatt and Hardy take the titles as their music hits. They pose in the middle of the ring with the titles.

– We get a look back at the opening segment with Rousey, Bliss and Angle.

Backstage:

Kurt Angle is backstage when “Constable” Baron Corbin walks in. He says RAW Commissioner Stephanie McMahon is pleased with how Angle handled Ronda Rousey. Angle says to tell Stephanie that he didn’t do it for her and he doesn’t appreciate… Corbin hands Angle the phone and tells him to relay the message to Stephanie himself. Angle takes the phone and tells Stephanie he’s listening. We go back to commercial.

– We are back and Kurt is still on the phone and he tells Stephanie that he understands. He says this is big news and he will make the announcement later tonight. He says he will run it by Constable Corbin before making the announcement.

In The Arena:

Jinder Mahal says that we must be open for change. Last night, he felt the winds of change. He felt a gust in his very core. Roman Reigns might have won the match, but he won the battle of self improvement. Just like all of you, Roman Reigns is bitter and angry while the Maharaja has found tranquility. As a spirtual being, he stays committed to change, unlike his opponent. Chad, you are living your former glory as an amateur wrestler. You must forget about the past and the darkness. You will find the light and see shanti.

Chad Gable vs. Jinder Mahal (with Sunil Singh)

Mahal with kicks and punches as the bell rings. Gable with a double leg take down. Gable with a german suplex. Mahal with an elbow followed by a neck breaker. Mahal with crossfaces followed by a knee drop. Gable with punches and a belly-to-back suplex. Gable with a triangle in the ropes and then he leaps over Mahal and hits a running forearm. Mahal with an elbow but Gable with a drop kick to send Mahal over the top rope to the floor.

Gable with a moonsault for a near fall. Mahal drops Gable’s arm on the top rope and he connects with a boot to the head. Mahal with Khallas for the three count.

Winner: Jinder Mahal

– We go to the back where the Riott Squad is spreading mayhem throughout the back and then they write an “R” on a mirror.

– Cole leads us to a video package of Big Show interviewing track & field athlete Joshua Oakley and his family. Josh is a Special Olympian and will be competing in the 2018 Games that kick off next month, sponsored by WWE and others. We go to commercial.

Bayley and Sasha Banks vs. Sarah Logan and Liv Morgan (with Ruby Riott)

Bayley and Liv start things off and Bayley with forearms. Liv runs Bayley into the corner and tags in Sarah. Bayley with a kick to Sarah and a clothesline to Liv. Bayley with a bulldog to Sarah for a near fall. Bayley with an elbow drop and Sasha makes the blind tag while Bayley hits a drop kick. Sarah with a forearm and kicks. Sasha with an elbow and Bayley tags herself in. Sarah with a shoulder to the midsection and then she tries to send Bayley into the turnbuckles. Bayley with a knee and Thesz Press followed by punches. Bayley sends Sarah to the apron and connects with a shoulder followed by a cutter and rana on the floor. Sasha with a clothesline to Liv when she tries to interfere. Sasha tells Bayley she has her back as we go to commercial.

We are back and Sarah keeps Bayley from making the tag and she knocks Sasha off the apron. Bayley with a back body drop and Liv tags in but Sasha is on the floor. Sasha tags in after Bayley kicks Liv. Sasha with a drop kick and running knees and Meteora for a near fall. Liv with a jaw breaker and Sasha goes for the lungblower but Liv holds on to the ropes and then gets a near fall. Bayley sends Sarah to the floor. Bayley is pulled off the apron and Liv with a hard Irish whip. Liv misses a double stomp when Sasha moves. Sasha with a knee and then she sets for the double knee drop but Sarah hits Sasha.

Liv with a rollup and handful of tights for the three count.

Winners: Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan

After the match, Bayley helps Sasha up but Sasha pushes Bayley away. Bayley says something to Sasha and Sasha pushes Bayley down.

– Baron Corbin and Kurt Angle are constabling in the back as we go to commercial.

Backstage:

Back from a break and Bayley tells Sasha Banks to stop backstage. This leads to Bayley saying she’s not done with Banks, to stop. Banks says she’s done. A brawl breaks out and it looks like Banks gets the upperhand. Banks walks off while Bayley is left to recover on the floor.

In the Arena:

Kurt Angle is in the ring and he says he cannot get this show under control. He says he talked to Stephanie McMahon and officials have made an agreement on when Brock defends the Universal Title next. The question is who will it be?

Roman Reigns’ music plays and he makes his way to the ring.

Roman says the answer is standing in front of you. He beat Brock at the Greatest Royal Rumble. Everyone knows it so he is the uncrowned Universal Champion. Roman says a full time champion who defends every Monday night would help out Kurt with some of his problems.

Kurt says he appreciates Roman’s confidence and he wants to continue his announcement.

Bobby Lashley makes his way to the ring.

Bobby asks Roman if he was the guy. Bobby says he saw Roman banging his head for three years trying to beat Brock Lesnar. You don’t have what it takes to finish the job. Bobby says he has been trying to get his hands on Brock Lesnar since Roman was a little pup. Let someone who can beat Brock beat Brock. Bobby says he can also beat Roman.

Kurt says both of you are deserving of facing Brock Lesnar. The one who faces Brock Lesnar is the one who win the Multi-Man Match at Extreme Rules. Kurt says he will announce the participants later but Bobby and Roman are in the match.

The Revival come out and Dash asks about earning things the old fashioned way. Scott says they have been busting their backs for one opportunity on Raw. Dash says it is because of guys like you standing in their way. Scott says it changes tonight. Dash says you are Wrestlemania level challengers. You are thinking of tearing each other apart. Scott says that is why they are challenging them to a match right here, right now. Dash says two of the best singles wrestlers against the best tag team. Scott says they are expecting that you will not get on the same page.

Roman tells them to shut up. Roman tells them to come into the ring and if Bob pays attention, he could learn something. Kurt calls for a referee as we go to commercial.

The Revival vs. Roman Reigns and Bobby Lashley

Dawson starts things off while Roman and Bob discuss who will start for their team. It ends up being Roman. They lock up and Roman sends Dawson to the mat. Dawson has something to say to Wilder before they lock up again. Dawson with a wrist lock and Roman with a reversal. Dawson with a reversal into a side head lock. Roman with a shoulder tackle. Roman follows with an uppercut. Roman drags Dawson across the ring to tag Lashley in. Dawson punches Lashley and kicks Lashley. Wilder tags in and they Irish whip Lashley into the corner but Lashley with a spinebuster to Wilder.

Lashley with a wrist lock and Dawson pulls Roman off the apron when Bobby wanted to make the tag. Dawson goes into the ring and Wilder clips Lashley while he has Dawson up. Dawson tags in and Wilder with a back breaker and Dawson with an elbow from the turnbuckles for a near fall. Dawson with a chop and snap mare followed by a drop kick to the temple and he gets a near fall. Dawson with a reverse chin lock. Dawson with a kick and he blocks a kick from Lashley. Lashley with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Roman tags in and he clotheslines Wilder a few times. Roman with a flying clothesline as Dawson is knocked off the apron. Roman with an uppercut and then he sends both men into the corner for Neverending Story. Roman with a boot to Wilder.

Roman with a knee to Dawson and then he hits a leg drop while Dawson lays across the middle rope. Roman sets for the Superman punch. Roman hits Dawson when Wilder is pushed out of the way. Wilder gets a near fall with a rollup. Roman with a Superman punch to Wilder. Lashley makes the blind tag when Roman sets for the spear and Lashley with a spear for the three count.

Winners: Bobby Lashley and Roman Reigns

Backstage:

Kurt Angle and Baron Corbin walk in the back. Finn Balor walks by and Finn says he will do what it takes to get into that match at Extreme Rules and get his Universal Title back. Baron laughs and asks why does Finn think he deserves a shot. Baron tells Finn to consider himself lucky that he was not around.

Kevin Owens stops by and says that Corbin is right. Finn says that Kevin doesn’t know when danger is standing behind him. We see Braun Strowman and Braun says he is here to protect his friend Finn and if they want a tag match, we can have it. Kurt walks away and then Kevin follows after him.

– Cole leads us to a video on the WWE 2K19 announcement from today, featuring WWE Champion AJ Styles as the cover Superstar. Back to commercial.

– Back from the break and Angle has made tonight’s main event – Balor and Strowman vs. Corbin and Owens.

– We see what happened with Ronda Rousey at the start of the show.

No Way Jose vs. Mojo Rawley

They lock up and Jose dances after a break. Jose with a side head lock. Mojo with a shoulder tackle. Jose with a shoulder tackle and then he sends Mojo to the floor and hits a baseball slide. Mojo kicks Jose on the apron and brings him back into the ring. Mojo punches Jose. Mojo with a quarter nelson and chin lock. Jose with a jaw breaker to get out of the hold and then he connects with an elbow. Jose with a forearm and a clothesline. Jose with a boot to the chest followed by a flapjack for a near fall. Mojo with a shot to the knee followed by a running forearm and a gourdbuster from a fireman’s carry.

Winner: Mojo Rawley

After the match, Mojo is interviewed and he is asked what this win means for him. Mojo says the WWE is more competitive now than it has ever been. In order to get more than intermittent success, you have to bring more to the table. He was about staying hyped, now he is about staying focused.

– We see Bayley trying to stop Sasha Banks from leaving the arena, saying she’s not done with her. Banks is done with her. Bayley tries to open the car door but Banks drives off. Bayley throws something at the car and we go to commercial.

In the Arena:

We are back and Elias is in the ring. He sings there is no one in the world like him and no one can do what he does. Ask what would Elias do. At Money in the Bank, Seth had to cheat because deep in his heart he knew Elias can’t be beat. Seth got what he deserved. He lost his title and the Kingslayer was slayed. There is no one else in the world like him and no one can do what he can do. He says that he heard Brock was looking for a fight. At Extreme Rules, it should be Elias’ night. Everyone wants to runs away when the Beast is stalking but Elias will be walking.

Backstage:

Renee Young is backstage with Seth Rollins. We see how Rollins lost the title to Dolph Ziggler earlier tonight. Renee asks if the match on Sunday had anything to do with the loss tonight. Rollins doesn’t want to make any excuses, he says Ziggler beat him for the title and he lost. Renee asks about Drew McIntyre’s interference. Rollins says Drew is a problem that he has one week to solve because he’s invoking his rematch clause next Monday. Rollins says he’s taking back his title. He walks off.

Finn Balor and Braun Strowman vs. Kevin Owens and Baron Corbin

We go to the ring for tonight’s main event and out first comes Finn Balor. Back to commercial.

Balor and Corbin start things off and they lock up. Corbin with a forearm on the break. Corbin with a hard Irish whip. Corbin with a punch and Owens reluctantly tags in. Owens with a punch and kick but he shows the damage done to him on Sunday. Owens with a back elbow and he tags Corbin back in. Corbin with a knee to the midsection followed by kicks. Balor with punches and he tags in Strowman.

Corbin removes his vest and he rolls up his sleeves. They lock up and Strowman sends Corbin into the corner and he growls. Strowman blocks a punch and punches Corbin. Strowman goes after Owens on the apron and Corbin attacks Strowman from behind and punches him. Strowman with a boot and he clotheslines Corbin over the top rope. Strowman clotheslines Owens to the floor and then Balor tags in and he is press slammed onto Corbin and Owens on the floor as we go to commercial.

We are back and Corbin with a quarter nelson and chin lock on Balor. Balor with punches but Corbin with a knee. Balor with a drop kick. Owens tags in and he trips Balor when he goes for a dive. Owens sends Balor into the ringside barrier and then he hits a back senton for a near fall. Owens with a reverse chin lock on Balor. Balor tries to make the tag but Owens with a back breaker for a near fall. Corbin tags in and he punches Balor. Baron sends Balor to the floor and he stares down Strowman before going to the floor. Balor is run into the ringside barrier by Corbin. Corbin sends Balor into the ringside barrier again. Balor with a shoulder and he goes for a slingshot move but Corbin with a punch for a near fall.

Corbin returns to the quarter nelson and chin lock. Corbin with Deep Six for a near fall. Owens tags in and both men are down. Corbin tags in and Balor with punches to try to make the tag but Corbin with an Irish whip and splash into the corner. Owens tags back in and he kicks Balor. Corbin is tagged back in. Corbin kicks Balor. Strowman attacks Corbin and then he sends Balor into his corner to make the tag. Strowman with shoulder tackles followed by an Irish whip and splash. Strowman with a forearm across the chest and he gets a near fall.

Owens goes to the floor and Strowman chases after him. Corbin with a splash off the apron. Corbin gets a near fall. Corbin with a punch but Strowman with a palm thrust to the chest. Strowman misses a shoulder in the corner and hits the ring post. Balor tags in and hits an enzuigiri followed by forearms. Corbin with a knee. Balor with a double leg take down and a double stomp for a near fall.

Strowman with a shoulder tackle to send Owens to the floor. Strowman goes to the floor to run around the ring to send Owens into YeatonVille. Corbin grabs Balor by the throat but Balor counters into a DDT. Balor with a running drop kick and then he goes up top for the Coup De Grace but Corbin crotches Balor and hits End of Days for the three count.

Winners: Baron Corbin and Kevin Owens

After the match, Corbin retreats to the floor to recover as his music hits. Braun stands tall in the ring and looks out at Corbin. The announcers hype next week’s RAW from San Diego with Rollins vs. Ziggler. We see Owens recovering in the timekeeper’s area as Corbin raises his fist on the stage, laughing.
