WWE 205 LIVE RESULTS – DEC. 13, 2016

We start off with a look at what happened last week in the main event when Brian Kendrick had a chance to win back the Cruiserweight Title.

We are in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and your announcers are Corey Graves, Mauro Ranallo, and Austin Aries.

Corey mentions the Cruiserweight Title Match at Roadblock, but we will see Rich Swann vs. TJ Perkins tonight.

Jack Gallagher vs. Drew Gulak

They lock up and Gulak with a waist lock take down.  Gallagher with a wrist lock and take down.  Gulak with a side head lock.  Gulak holds on to a side head lock and he takes Gallagher to the mat.  Gallagher with a handstand to escape.  Gallagher with a wrist lock and take down.  Gallagher with a side head lock and take down.  Gulak with a hammer lock and Gallagher escapes and he takes Gulak down with a crucifix and they roll around the ring a few times and Gallagher with a near fall.  They lock up.  Gallagher with a single leg take down and he wraps Gulak up and rolls him over.

Gallagher watches Gulak try to escape as he lines up to kick Drew in the rear end.  Gulak with a boot to Gallagher and then Gulak with more kicks.  Gulak with a back elbow.  Gulak with an Irish whip and Gallagher with a headstand in the corner.  Gallagher sends Gulak to the mat using his legs.  Gulak with a head butt to the midsection and then he sends Gulak into the ropes and the whiplash forces Gallagher to the mat.

Gulak with a neck breaker for a near fall.  Gulak with a head butt to the ribs and a cravate.  Gallagher tries to escape and he connects with European uppercuts that send Gulak to the mat and Gallagher gets a near fall.  Gallagher goes for a slam but Gulak blocks it.  Gulak with a rollup for a near fall.  Gallagher with a European uppercut but Gulak with a kick and slap but Gallagher with a head butt to the midsection and Gulak goes down.  Gallagher with a running drop kick for the three count.

Winner:  Jack Gallagher

TJ Perkins is in the locker room getting ready and Rich Swann enters.  Rich says that TJ might have been right.  He may be a little lucky.

TJ says they are friends now, but tonight and on Sunday, he won’t be Rich’s friend.  He will be the TJP that eliminated Swann from the CWC.  Next time, the kick won’t be lucky.  He tells Swann that luck runs out.

We have a video package for Tajiri.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Tom Phillips congratulates Jack Gallagher on his victory.  Jack says his knee is better.  Ariya Daivari shows up and Jack says if Daivari is willing to bury the hatchet, he is willing to do it.

Daivari says they are not even.  He says that Jack made him look like a fool.  They are not even.

Lince Dorado says we will see things from him you have never seen before.  He says he is leading the way for the Lucha Libre style.

Mustafa Ali says that you have made up your mind when you hear his name.  He will change your idea of him.  He will not fall victim to your preconceived ideas of him.

Lince Dorado vs. Mustafa Ali

Dorado with a take down but Ali with a springboard arm drag.  Dorado with a springboard rana and he kips up.  Dorado with a leg lariat and he hits a running elbow into the corner.  Dorado misses a second attempt but Dorado lands on his feet.  Ali with a round kick from the apron followed by a neck breaker for a near fall.  Ali with a rear chin lock.  Dorado with a drop kick and then Ali floats over when Dorado dives into the corner.  Ali goes to the turnbuckles but Dorado with a slap and a Frankensteiner for a near fall.  Dorado blocks a punch and connects with a punch of his own.

Dorado with a chop and kick.  Dorado with a handspring cutter but Ali sends Dorado to the apron and connects with an elbow.  Dorado with an enzuigiri on the apron and a rana that sends Ali to the floor.  Dorado with an Asai Moonsault.  Both men are on the floor and neither man makes it back into the ring before the ten count.

Double Count Out

After the match, Ali refuses the hand shake and he slaps Dorado but Dorado with a spinning heel kick that sends Ali to the floor.

Alicia Fox is walking in the back and Noam Dar is standing there.  Noam asks about what he said last week.  Alicia says she already has a boyfriend and Noam says he knows she does.

He walks away and we go to commercial.

We are back with a look at TJ Perkins.  He says when you look back at history, his name will be there.  The culmination of all of the effort in the CWC meant everything for him.  He says he was blessed at a young age and then he lost it all.  Losing all of that taught him about perserverence.  He says this is a great stage to show what he can do.  He likes to do things with flair.  He considers his style as versatile.  He is the model of greatness that his generation needs.  TJ says you need confidence or you need something else to do.

TJ says there has never been anyone like him before.  With greatness comes responsibility.  He proved he is great.  It is his responsibility to lead this generation.

Brian Kendrick shows up to join commentary for this match.

TJ Perkins vs. Rich Swann in a Non Title Match

Perkins with a side head lock and take down.  Perkins with a wrist lock and Swann with a reversal.  Perkins with a reversal and head scissors take down.  Perkins with a head scissors from a headstand and Swann lands on his feet.  Swann with a head scissors.  Perkins with a headstand to escape the head scissors.  Swann with a leg sweep and a near fall.  Perkins wtih a leg sweep and a near fall.  Both men go for drop kicks at the same time and kip up together.

They lock up and Perkins with a side head lock.  Perkins with a hand spring over Swann and he challenges Swann.  Swann flips over Perkins and hits a drop kick for a near fall.  Swann with a chop and he snap mares Perkins and kicks Perkins for a near fall.  Perkins hangs in the ropes and Swann charges and Perkins moves and Swann goes to the floor.  Perkins with a springboard drop kick and then he sends Swann back into the ring.

Perkins with a near fall.  Swann lands on his feet on a suplex attempt.  Swann with a Side Russian Leg Sweep followed by clotheslines and a back heel kick.  Swann with a double stomp followed by Rolling Thunder for a near fall.  Swann is sent to the apron.  Swann misses a kick but he hits a back heel kick.  Swann misses a moonsault off the apron and he appears to have hurt his knee.  Perkins with a corkscrew pescado and then he sends Swann back into the ring.  Perkins gets a near fall.

Perkins with a suplex and he holds on for a belly-to-back suplex and Perkins gets a near fall.  Swann with punches.  Perkins with a drop kick to the knee and Perkins gets a near fall.  Swann with an elbow and Perkins pulls Swann off the turnbuckles and he hits a KneeDT.  Perkins with an ankle lock.  Swann tries to kick Perkins away.  Swann misses an enzuigiri but Swann gets to his feet and he hits a round kick.  Swann with a chop and Perkins fires back.  They go to European uppercuts and Swann with a victory roll for a near fall.  Perkins with a boot and he sets for the Detonation Kick but Swann counters and hits a Tiger Bomb for a near fall.

Swann sets for the standing 450 but his knee gives out and Perkins rolls away.  Perkins with a knee bar and Swann tries to get to the ropes but he has to tap out.

Winner:  TJ Perkins

After the match, Brian Kendrick goes to the ring.

Kendrick applauds Perkins and he stands in front of Swann and offers his hand.  Swann slaps it away and Perkins with a super kick.  Perkins teases a super kick on Swann but he pulls back.

We go to credits.
