– A new storyline with Big Damo and Sanity began on tonight’s WWE NXT episode as it looks like Sawyer Fulton has been removed from the group. Damo’s status with Sanity was not clear on tonight’s show but he has worked with the group at recent NXT live events. It appears the group now consists of Eric Young, Nikki Cross, Alexander Wolfe and Damo. You can see video from tonight’s segment below.
– WWE NXT has announced a series of #1 contender qualifying matches to determine a new #1 contender to NXT Champion Shinsuke Nakamura.
The winners of the four matches will face off in a Fatal 4 Way to determine Nakamura’s opponent for January’s NXT “Takeover: San Antonio” event during Royal Rumble weekend. The following matches have been announced to begin next Wednesday:
* No Way Jose vs. Andrade “Cien” Almas
* Elias Samson vs. Roderick Strong
* Oney Lorcan vs. Bobby Roode
* Tye Dillinger vs. Eric Young

– NXT General Manager William Regal has announced that Dash and Dawson will get their rematch against NXT Tag Team Champions Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa over the next few weeks and the winners will defend against The Authors of Pain at the “Takeover: San Antonio” event during Royal Rumble weekend.
