There’s something going on between Vince McMahon and The Undertaker as Vince recently tried to contract Taker about working WWE SummerSlam in August but had no luck. Taker is reportedly not taking Vince’s phone calls right now.
People close to Taker report that he has privately said he doesn’t plan on wrestling again and that Vince wanted him to lose to Shane McMahon at WrestleMania 32 but he refused and then pulled himself from any future dates.
Vince is said to be concerned but looking for a way to fix the situation.
Taker’s contract is an interesting situation as his downside only requires him to wrestle one match per year, which he has already wrestled for this year. If Taker doesn’t wrestle in a year, the contract freezes and automatically adds another year.
