– The first round of the WWE Tag Team Contenders tournament will continue on Thursday’s SmackDown with The Vaudevillains vs. Goldust and R-Truth, plus The Ascension vs. Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady in their first main roster match. The winner of that match will face The Dudley Boyz in the second round while the winner of The Vaudevillains vs. Golden Truth will face The Usos in the second round.
– Tonight’s WWE RAW main event from Los Angeles saw Bray Wyatt team with WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns to defeat Sheamus and Alberto Del Rio. The WWE Stats Twitter account noted that this was the first time that Wyatt was in a 2-on-2 match without a member of The Wyatt Family as his partner.
