As seen on Monday’s episode of RAW, Triple H announced himself as Jordan’s replacement in the traditional 5 vs. 5 Survivor Series match after WWE did an injury angle with Jordan. PWInsider reports that WWE made this decision sometime over the weekend. In fact, the changes were made so late, Jordan only found out that he was being replaced on Sunday.
Dave Meltzer indicated on the latest installment of Wrestling Observer Radio that Jason Jordan will turn heel, as soon as Sunday’s Survivor Series event. Speculation is that Jordan will show up and cost the RAW Team the match or he could target either Triple H or his “father” Kurt Angle.
Speaking of Survivor Series, the event is expected to be a six-hour long event with the Kickoff Pre-show beginning at 5PM ET and lasting two hours long. The actual pay-per-view will start at 7PM ET and last four hours and is scheduled to end at 11 PM ET. There is the chance that the show could even go into overtime.
While only one match has been announced for the pre-show, it is very possible that the company announces another match prior to the pay-per-view to fill the two-hour pre-show. WWE has made so many significant changes to the Survivor Series card that the only match that stayed the same was The Miz vs. Baron Corbin.
