After a bloody and intense match on tonight’s AEW Dynamite, Bryan Danielson finally punched his ticket to AEW Revolution by defeating RUSH in singles action.
This match was MJF’s final test for Danielson, as the AEW World Champion noted back on January 4 that Danielson would have to win matches on every single episode of Dynamite until February 8 to secure his AEW World Title shot at the Revolution pay-per-view.
In recent weeks, Danielson faced and defeated Konosuke Takeshita, Bandido, Brian Cage, and Timothy Thatcher.
After the conclusion of the match, MJF attacked Danielson and put him in his signature armbar. Danielson has been suffering from a shoulder injury in recent weeks.
As a reminder, Revolution takes place on March 5th from the Chase Center in San Francisco California. As of this writing, the world title match is the only confirmed matchup thus far.
