Jeff Jarrett Signs With AEW With Director Role – After making a shocking in-ring appearance on tonight’s AEW Dynamite, Tony Khan announced that Jeff Jarrett has officially signed with AEW as the Director of Business Development.

Jeff Jarrett is proving to be the human embodiment of the Forbidden Door as this year alone has seen him performing in some of the most landmark moments in professional wrestling.
Not only was he one of the opponents (alongside Jay Lethal) for Ric Flair’s Last Match, he also served as special guest referee at SummerSlam for a big tag team championship bout.
Jarrett was released by WWE back in August 2022 from a seemingly similar role, overseeing live events, after the departure of Vince McMahon from the company.
