It may sound pretty unbelievable, but WWE is apparently using stock footage of fans during their NXT shows.
Pro wrestling superfan Jessi Davin noticed that she was one of the people shown on the screens during this week’s episode of NXT.
The problem with that was that she was not watching NXT. She says she was watching AEW Dynamite. This would explain why WWE hasn’t been sending out alerts to invite fans to be part of the Capitol Wrestling Center shows.
Perhaps, WWE feels that stock footage is fine since the arena is darker and the screens with the fans on them are dimmed. Check out the video below where Davin notes that she was not watching NXT and she was watching Dynamite.
