WWE has officially released the complete tournament bracket for the 2026 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic ahead of tonight’s episode of WWE NXT, mapping out the entire path to the finals for all 14 participating teams.
With 14 teams in the field, two top-tier duos—reigning NXT Tag Team Champions The Vanity Project (Brad Baylor & Ricky Smokes) and AAA World Tag Team Champions El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. & Galeno—have secured first-round byes directly into the second round.

The bracket is divided into two stacked sides, featuring a mix of NXT mainstays, Evolve talent, and international competitors:
Left Side:
- BirthRight (Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo & Uriah Connors) vs. Mini Vikingo & Chazz Hall (Winner advances to face The Vanity Project)
- Fraxiom (Nathan Frazer & Axiom) vs. DarkState (Cutler James & Osiris Griffin)
- Noam Dar & Romeo Moreno vs. Los Americanos (Rayo Americano & Bravo Americano)
Right Side:
- Tokyo Bad Boys (Kento & Takuma) vs. Sean Legacy & Dorian Van Dux (Winner advances to face Wagner Jr. & Galeno)
- The Creed Brothers (Julius Creed & Brutus Creed) vs. Harley Riggins & Jax Presley

Two first-round clashes are locked in for tonight’s broadcast: Los Americanos taking on Noam Dar & Romeo Moreno, and former tournament winners The Creed Brothers colliding with Harley Riggins & Jax Presley.
The tournament was initially announced by NXT General Manager Robert Stone, but WWE kept the official pairings under wraps until dropping the official bracket graphic today.
In addition to Dusty Classic action, tonight’s September 22 WWE NXT card features a high-stakes tag team match with La Catalina & Thea Hail taking on NXT Women’s Champion Kelani Jordan & NXT Women’s North American Champion Zaria. Additionally, Zilla Fatu, Sean Legacy, and Dorian Van Dux will team up to face BirthRight’s Lexis King, Channing Lorenzo, and Uriah Connors in six-man tag team action.
