“Something I don’t love, uh, and I will say this, and I can be really harsh sometimes actually when I get stopped at the airport. It’s just not… I’m not in my… I’m not in my zone. I got a thousand things on my mind, you know. It’s like… I’m a civilian, you know?”

“One time I remember I was, like, I was, like, walking and I was obviously, like, really walking fast, you know, and I could see from the back of my eye. I had already, like, kind of given somebody the nod, like, ‘Not now.’ And then he kept on walking and I stopped, froze, looked him in the eye and was like, ‘Not f***** now.’ Okay? So, yeah. So, so, so don’t… don’t f*** with… don’t… if I give you the no nod, don’t f*** with me.”*

Despite the harsh reaction, Thekla admitted feeling immediate remorse over the intensity of the exchange:

“Actually, I kind… actually, I kind of felt really bad because he felt… he looked mortified. I’m not… he might not ever talk to anybody ever again actually, ’cause that may have been one of the worst human interactions of his life.”

“Yeah, that happens. It happens all the time. It happens all—I did, I was about to do the thing with Willow and Mick Foley and I just looked behind me and there are some fans wearing my T-shirt and they just lean in to call me a dumb bitch. I was like, ‘Dumb bitch,’ and they’re like, ‘Yeah!’ It just made their day, you know?”

“Like fans coming up to me and wanting to write down, you know, ‘To, from Thekla, to dumbest bitch alive.’ Like, fuck yeah, I got the best fans in the world.”

Addressing the trend of professional wrestlers launching OnlyFans profiles, Thekla poked fun at the idea before firmly shutting down the possibility of opening an account:

“What would I show? What would I… do? Are you into feet? Is that why you want me to start one? Well, yeah… yes, of course. I will look into that and come up with a very strange, awkward European subgenre of OnlyFans… No, I’m probably not gonna do it. No.”
