Seth Rollins has been noticeably absent from WWE television since his high-profile loss to Roman Reigns for the World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam Night Two on August 2.
After three weeks without an official explanation on television, new details have surfaced regarding his current status. WrestleVotes clarified that Rollins’ absence is not due to a physical injury, but rather a deliberate creative decision by WWE management to grant him a routine break.
“Everything I’ve been told, it’s a simple break. It’s not an injury, it’s creative,” WrestleVotes shared during the session.
Potential Return Timeline Targeted for Fall
While Rollins is not expected to resurface on RAW immediately over the coming days, his hiatus is not planned to be an extended off-screen absence.
According to the update, WWE is eyeing a target window for his return closer to the Money in the Bank Premium Live Event.
“He won’t be out long. Don’t think it’s this week or next week, but around Money in the Bank or so.”
