Bronson Reed Positioned as a Main‑Event‑Level Heel Ahead of WWE Return

Bronson Reed’s name is starting to circulate inside WWE again. According to a new report, the company has been discussing Reed more frequently in recent weeks, hinting that his return may be getting close.

WWE Preparing Major Heel Push for Bronson Reed’s Return

WrestleVotes Radio said a source within WWE’s merchandising department noted that Reed’s name has been “making waves,” suggesting preparations are underway behind the scenes. The report also stated that Reed is expected to be positioned as a main‑event‑level heel once he’s back on television.

There is still no firm timetable for his return, but Fightful added that Reed is expected to be back “before long.”

Reed’s Injury and Time Away

Reed has been out of action since tearing his biceps during a triple threat match on the February 23, 2026 episode of RAW. He underwent surgery four days later and has not wrestled since.

At the time of his injury, Reed was part of The Vision, a faction that has dealt with multiple setbacks over the past year. Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, and Logan Paul have all suffered injuries during the group’s run, leaving the stable in a constant state of adjustment.

Reed’s return as a top heel would give The Vision — or WWE’s main event scene in general — a major boost.

For now, WWE appears to be preparing quietly behind the curtain, waiting for the moment Reed is ready to step back into the ring.
