Ruby Soho Reportedly Cleared for AEW In‑Ring Return

Ruby Soho may finally be on her way back to the ring. After nearly three years away from AEW action, a new report says she was medically cleared months ago and is simply waiting for the right moment to return.

Soho stepped away from wrestling after giving birth to her first child with Angelo Parker almost two years ago. Fightful Select reported that AEW’s medical team cleared her in June, opening the door for an eventual comeback. News surfaced in July 2025 that she had resumed in‑ring training, signaling that her return was moving forward.

What’s Known About Her Status

According to the report, Soho hasn’t been a regular presence backstage at AEW shows. While creative ideas have been discussed, nothing has been locked in yet. AEW appears to be taking a patient approach, giving her space to ease back into the schedule.

The 35‑year‑old last wrestled in February 2024 on AEW Rampage, teaming with Saraya—who is now in WWE—in a loss to Kris Statlander and Willow Nightingale. Rampage has since been discontinued. Soho originally debuted for AEW at All Out 2021 after spending five years in WWE.

Angelo Parker’s AEW Future Also Unclear

Soho’s husband, Angelo Parker, has also been largely absent from AEW. He has wrestled only four times since their daughter was born, all in the first months of 2025. He hasn’t appeared for the company since April 2025, and while he remains listed on AEW’s roster page, his future is uncertain.

The couple opened a wrestling‑and‑board‑game‑themed café in Indiana in October 2025, which has kept them busy outside the ring.

With Soho cleared and training again, fans may not have to wait much longer to see “The Runaway” back in action.
