AEW Forbidden Door 2026 is scheduled for Sunday, June 28, and the latest ticket sales numbers show a slight increase in distribution just days before the event. The show will take place at the SAP Center in San Jose, California, and updated figures have emerged following this week’s episode of Dynamite.
According to WrestleTix, a total of 7,518 tickets have now been distributed for the event. This reflects a gain of 80 tickets compared to the previous update, which was released one day earlier. The steady rise suggests continued movement as the event approaches, although the increase remains modest.
AEW Forbidden Door 2026 ticket sales update
The current total offers an interesting comparison to AEW’s previous visit to the same venue. When the company held a Dynamite episode at the SAP Center on October 16, 2024, attendance figures reached 3,464 tickets distributed. This means Forbidden Door 2026 has already more than doubled that number, showing stronger demand for a pay-per-view event in the same market.
Despite that, the total still falls well short of last year’s Forbidden Door event. The 2025 edition, which took place at the O2 Arena in London on August 24, drew 17,709 distributed tickets. That figure highlights a significant gap between the two events, though differences in location and market size play a role in the comparison.
Additional data shows that approximately 150 tickets remain available on the resale market as of now. Pricing remains relatively accessible, with the lowest standard admission ticket listed at $37.40. This indicates that fans still have options to attend without high entry costs, even close to the event date.
With only days remaining before the show, it remains to be seen whether ticket sales will see a final surge. While the current number is solid compared to past events in the same building, it has not reached the level of previous Forbidden Door events.
