AEW Dynamite Results – June 24, 2026

AEW Dynamite Results – June 24, 2026 – Welcome to Wrestling Attitude’s live coverage for AEW Dynamite on June 24, live from the Rio Rancho Event Center in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

AEW Dynamite comes on the air with the Death Riders & Will Ospreay getting hyped backstage with Jon Moxley saying don’t stop moving forward and have your partners back. They welcomed Ospreay into their hype huddle and Ospreay took a bump into a wheelbarrow it looked like. This broke Marina Shafir & Daniel Garcia, as Ospreay had a big smile, as I assume no one was expecting this. Excalibur, Tony Schiavone & Nigel McGuinness on the call, as they put over Moxley vs. Bandido this Sunday for the Continental Title this Sunday, as well as Mistico teaming with Mascara Dorada in a 3-way against The Young Bucks and Shingo Takagi & Titan.

Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli & Wheeler Yuta w/Marina Shafir) vs. Mistico & Brodido (Bandido & Brody King)

Ground work exchanged by Bandido & Yuta, which quickly turned to snap arm drags before Yuta dodged a handspring into a stalemate. Hurricanrana sent Yuta scrambling to his corner, where Moxley tagged in, as we got a brief shoving match before Bandido found himself in the wrong corner and Castagnoli tagged in. Shafir got in a cheap shot, but Bandido still hit a hurricanrana on Castagnoli before tagging Mistico, who ran wild before Castagnoli planted him with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Déjà vu head scissors from Mistico led to King tagging in and it’s time for the slugfest, as these two picked up right where they left off in the first round of the Owen tournament. King lit up all Death Riders in his path before holding Castagnoli & Moxley by the hand and hit a wildly impressive lucha springing arm drag. This led to a triple Tope Suicida, leading to Bandido mocking Shafir in the process. Back inside, Castagnoli was able to respond, sending Bandido to his corner, where he remained isolated throughout commercial with Death Riders making frequent tags.

Locomotion corner offense connects until Yuta hit a suplex leading to a Moxley near fall. Bandido & Moxley slugged it out before a double down led to Mistico & Castagnoli came back in with Mistico hitting a 619 on Yuta, springboard head scissors on Castagnoli and Code Red for a close two. King back in to throw haymakers, as Moxley piggybacked with a sleeper, only for King to clobber him to the corner and hit the cannonball. Gonzo Bomb broke up by Castagnoli, as Bandido in to deadlift suplex Castagnoli for a huge pop. Yuta flew in with a Busiaku Knee, Mistico with a leaping dropkick, King in to steamroll Moxley with a lariat, as Shafir distracted the ref, allowing Castagnoli to clock King with the Continental Title from behind and Moxley stole the pin.

Match Result: Death Riders defeated Mistico & Brodido when Moxley pinned King

-Renee Paquette is backstage with Team Briscoe (without Mark Briscoe initially), as Darby Allin says he doesn’t feel ready, but truth is, this is Mark’s opportunity and he’ll do anything physically possible to make sure he wins and hopes they all do the same. Roderick Strong says he hates Don Callis, but not as much as he hates MJF for doing what he did to his best friend ADAM! Orange Cassidy said he’ll have backpacks for the match and they can put anything they want in it for their match. Kyle O’Reilly questions where Briscoe is, but answers his own question telling the sickos Briscoe will be in the ring later tonight. Team Briscoe left, as Paquette asked if Cassidy was ok and he said he’s fine and they both just kind of oddly left the shot.

Harley Cameron vs. Marina Shafir in a TBS Title Survival of the Fittest Qualifier

Cameron is rocking Supergirl inspired gear and we saw footage of her at the movie premiere this week. Shafir attacked before the bell, but Cameron ducked a high kick, only to be rag dolled with a throw into a full mount. Cameron kicked out and sank in a deep half crab, only Shafir escaped and ate a knee lift on the apron. Cameron hit a baseball slide and stood tall with a cross body off the steps. Back inside, Shafir cut her off in the ropes and hit a fireman’s carry slam to control the action into break, rubbing her bare foot into Cameron’s face in the corner.

Finally mounting a comeback, Cameron hit an overhead throw, high kick and machine gun corner punches. Crowd loudly supporting Cameron, who charged right into a big boot, knee lifts aplenty, until Cameron spun out into another half crab. Shafir escaped out, kicked Cameron into a Rear Naked Choke, but Cameron trapped the leg and rolled back into a flash pin. Post-match, Cameron went out and pointed at the TBS Title, as Shafir stared her down from the ring.

Match Result: Harley Cameron defeated Marina Shafir to advance in the TBS Title Survival of the Fittest

-Video package of Maya World upsetting Athena on Collision last weekend, as World said from her teacher to her idol, she’s been waiting her whole career for this moment. Mone said congratulations for beating her teacher, but she’s not her teacher, she’s her boss, b*tch. After this, there will be no sympathy cards, as dreams don’t win championships, Mone does. This was a simple, yet effective video package and we learn that Mone & Athena will face World & Hyan on Collision.

Will Ospreay vs. ELP

Lighting quick series of counters to start that led to a stalemate, as these two show how well they know one another. Ospreay took a shoulder block, kipped up and fired off a loud chop, until ELP put on the brakes, returned the favor with the chop, scaled the ropes with an arm drag, but Ospreay landed on his feet. ELP sent outside, as the fans amp up Ospreay, who hit a slingshot cross body. ELP answered sweeping out the legs on the apron and following with a huge springboard moonsault on the floor. Back inside, ELP briefly controlled the action, until Ospreay hit Pip, Pip, Cheerio for a near fall. Ospreay took too long going up top, as ELP fell back to the ropes to crotch him and hit a follow-up top rope hurricanrana.

Ospreay responded with a kip-up into an enzugiri and handspring corkscrew kick for two. ELP answered with a Tornado DDT, Ospreay with a Stundog Millionaire, only ELP held on into a Stunner of his own into the reset. ELP foolishly opted to start a strike battle and got his head nearly knocked off with Ospreay forearms. ELP started laughing, no selling, throwing a slap combo, but Ospreay was there with Kawada kicks. ELP blocked a handspring, tried the Torture Rack, but Ospreay did his wall walk, ELP hit an enzugiri first, only to run into a standing Spanish Fly in a wild sequence. Ospreay went for Hidden Blade, but ran into an ELP snap hurricanrana pin for two. Sudden Death connects for another two, as ELP wants the CR2, Ospreay rolls out, holds on into a Styles Clash. Lining ELP up, Ospreay waffled him with Hidden Blade for the victory.

Post-match, Ospreay celebrated with fans ringside before Swerve Strickland’s music hit and he walked out with Prince Nana for his upcoming match, staring down the Owen Hart Foundation trophy and title. Ospreay kept his distance and opted to leave through the crowd.

Match Result: Will Ospreay defeated ELP

Swerve Strickland (w/Prince Nana) vs. Daniel Garcia

Things got chippy early, with both slapping one another until Strickland picked the ankle and moved to ground and pound. Strickland raked the back before choking Garcia out in the ropes, as he hit a Hot Shot and high boot, sending Garcia to the apron. Blocking a PK, sweeping out Strickland’s legs and trapping one in the ring skirt, Garcia unloaded punches in bunches and a dragon screw. Running shotgun dropkick connected, as Garcia took too long to go for it again and Strickland exploded up with a House Call before stomping the hand on the ring steps, telling Garcia to keep running his mouth. Back inside, Strickland hit his uppercut from the ropes to the back before hitting the Griddy. Garcia rolled out to the apron, Strickland went up top, took way too long, mocked the Garcia dance and Strickland missed. Garcia hit another dragon screw, wanted a piledriver, but Strickland hit a Death Valley Driver instead.

Brainbuster back inside for two, as Garcia slowly starts firing up after taking repeated forearms, only Strickland never budged, daring Garcia to hit him. Garcia opted to take out the legs, successfully leading to a clothesline, as Strickland went for his rolling Flatliner, only Garcia side-stepped and picked the ankle. Garcia opted for another piledriver attempt, failed, allowing Strickland to hit his impressive powerbomb into a powerslam for two. Strickland called for a House Call, but his leg gave out and led to Garcia hitting a Styles Clash for two, as Excalibur said it looks like Will Ospreay is having his effect on the Death Riders as well. Garcia took too long to follow-up, as Strickland hit his rolling Flatliner and House Call, only Garcia kicked out. Strickland thought of House Call, but instead hit a Hidden Blade for the victory.

Post-match, Strickland went to leave, but instead looked like he was going to snap back Garcia’s arm, until Ospreay sprinted out to make the save. Ospreay took Strickland down, was going to hit Hidden Blade, only Nana tripped out the leg and Strickland flew in with a House Call. Strickland went for a Vertebreaker, Garcia saved Ospreay and it was Garcia who took the move. Ospreay came back in with a chair, as Strickland & Nana bailed, with doctors tending to Garcia. This was a really good post-match sequence with all involved.

Match Result: Swerve Strickland defeated Daniel Garcia

-Video package on the bad blood between MJF & Mark Briscoe is highlighted, leading to the 12-man main event Cage Match this Sunday. We go backstage to MJF & The Don Callis Family, as Callis runs down DCMJF, with Kevin Knight telling Darby Allin to skate his way down to Forbidden Door, he’ll send him back to the emergency room. Knight reminded MJF he wants his World Title shot and MJF said sure, whatever, kid. Kazuchika Okada simply said B*tch, Kyle Fletcher said he’s going to show Konosuke Takeshita why he never needed him. MJF cut off Andrade before he could even talk, as he told Mark Briscoe the gap between them is bigger than the gap in his teeth. MJF was born with a white collar and white collar always wins, as Briscoe is a blue-collar b*tch. MJF said Mark Briscoe never hit the Jay Driller on him when it mattered. MJF said Callis has assembled the greatest…looking back and questioning why Trent Beretta & Rocky Romero were there with them and he & Callis scolded them to get lost. Callis brings out Team DCMJF shirts for alll with MJF & Callis air brushed wearing speedos together. MJF & Callis were psyched, while Team DCMJF seemed less than enthused.

Jungle Jack Perry vs. Zack Sabre Jr. (w/Mikey Nicholls & Bad Dude Tito)

Sabre wasted no time showing why he’s the best technical wrestler in the world, as it led to Perry scrambling to the ropes and using his teeth for a break, as he was wrapped up like a pretzel. Perry responded with a series of his own, stumbling briefly, getting a very close near fall, sending Sabre outside to take a powder. Sabre returned, snapping at the arm, trying to post it, only Perry reversed and Sabre was sent into the steel. Perry tried a suplex back inside from the apron, only Sabre snapped down the arm and controlled the action during commercial. Working on Perry’s arm the entire break, Perry was able to respond with Sliced Bread, sending Sabre outside. Perry tried a baseball slide cazadora, but Sabre countered into a cross-arm breaker. Referee Bryce went outside and demanded Sabre release the hold and Sabre obliged. Sabre missed stomping on Perry’s bad arm, allowing Perry to hit another Sliced Bread on the apron and followed with a Moonsault off the top to the outside.

Back inside, Perry went for his bounce back lariat, only walked right into an armbar from Sabre, who transitioned into a triangle. Perry powered up into a sit-out powerbomb for two. Perry’s bad arm had him unable to get a Package Piledriver, as both men trade pin attempts, until Perry sank in the Snare Trap. Sabre stayed calm, yelling at Perry to fight him, as he wrenched at Perry’s bad arm, snapping at it, locking in a double wrist-lock, only Perry escaped into his comebacker lariat. Package Powerbomb connects for Perry for two, as he signaled for the Sacrifice Knee, but ran into Sabre leg lock into a simultaneous arm bar and wrist lock, forcing Perry to submit.

As Sabre celebrated his win with Tito & Nicholls, The Young Bucks music hit and they’re out for the upcoming tag.

Match Result: Zack Sabre Jr. submitted Jungle Jack Perry

The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) vs. TMDK (Mikey Nicholls & Bad Dude Tito)

Bell sounds and The Bucks wasted no time with double team offense, high fiving one another in mid-air with a double running bulldog. Pop-up dropkick on Tito, as a clothesline sent Nicholls outside, with The Bucks hitting dueling dives. Back inside, stereo spinning back elbows and kip ups, as Matt & Nick went up top, but Nicholls crotched Matt and Tito caught Nick on a dive into a slam. Very awkward double flapjack from Tito & Nicholls on Matt for two, as Matt escaped the grip from both, dodged a Tito corner splash and spiked Nicholls with a DDT for the reset. Hot tag to Nick, who hit a double cross body off the top, collided both TMDK members off a double hip toss into his Lucha Libre head scissors arm drag combo. Matt tags back in, as The Bucks unleashed a Superkick Party. PK to Tito outside, leading to a Meltzer Driver for the win.

Post-match, Zack Sabre Jr. returned and attacked The Bucks with Tito, until Kenny Omega’s music hit and he sprinted out with Jack Perry. Tito got decked with something by Perry (we never could really see it), as Omega & Sabre had a face-off, before Omega hit a Snap Dragon and teased a V-Trigger, but not before Sabre was saved by Tito. Omega took the mic and said nothing personal, he takes that as a warm-up, but Sunday, may the best man win. Once Omega wins, he’s out for Redemption, as after Sunday, everyone will forget about Sabre like they did last year. Omega’s music hit, but Sabre took the mick and cut it off, telling Omega to try to stay out of the hosipital.

Match Result: The Young Bucks defeated TMDK when Matt pinned Nicholls

-Footage of Thekla showing up in Stardom this past week and attacking president Taro Okada before Starlight Kid made the save and sent Thekla packing. Thekla said it shows how little Stardom cares about Kid, putting her in there with Thekla on Sunday.

Queen Aminata vs. ROH Women’s TV Champion Red Velvet in a TBS Title Survival of the Fittest Qualifier

Aminata used her power to avoid an early arm-drag, so Velvet used her speed to spin around a cazadora into frequent pin attempts. Aminata side-stepped a corner charge and hit a release German, as commentary reminds us it was Velvet who put former TBS Champion Willow Nightingale on the shelf a few weeks ago. Velvet avoided the wild headbutt from Aminata, asking for a handshake up, but it was a ruse, as Velvet nearly got a roll-up for two. Aminata wanted corner punches, but Velvet slid out and hit a powerbomb. Aminata was clutching her neck and trying to squeeze at her fingers, as Velvet quickly hit a scissors kick for two. Velvet started zoning in on the small of the back, with an elbow and standing moonsault for another near fall. Aminata slid out of another scissors kick and violently snapped Velvet down with a spinning Fisherman’s Neckbreaker for two.

Leg lariat clobbered Aminata, as Velvet hit her double knees in the ropes before rolling through into a sleeper. Aminata backed Velvet into the corner, but Velvet was ready with a running cazadora bulldog for two. Velvet went for another leg lariat, missed, as Aminata really had to fight for a slingshot reverse suplex. Series of clotheslines and facebuster from Aminata, who hit her sliding corner boot, went to the second and hit a double stomp for two. Velvet cut off Aminata going up the ropes again, joined her and hit a cazadora bomb before connecting with a Frog Splash to the bad back for the closest near fall of the match. Velvet tore off the tape from Aminata’s neck and it only woke Aminata up, as we get a strike battle, with Velvet hitting a thrust kick, apologized to Aminata before trying to hit a home run kick, only Aminata ducked and hit Off with Her Head for the win.

Match Result: Queen Aminata defeated Red Velvet to advance in the TBS Title Survival of the Fittest

-Renee Paquette is backstage with The Young Bucks, who talk about their 3-way tag at Forbidden Door, saying momentum is on their side, as they’re on their way back to the World Tag Team Titles. They’re going to superkick down the Forbidden Door when they hear fighting and see Adam Copeland & Christian Cage brawling with David Finlay & Clark Connors. They drive Finlay into a brick wall in a wheelchair, before Clark Connors holds up the make-up artist and Finlay recovers and The Dogs spray hairspray into Cope & Cage’s eyes. They choke Cope & Cage out with cable chords, screaming for them to kiss those Tag Titles goodbye. This was shocking in that this had to be the longest backstage brawl in wrestling history without any referees, security, etc to break it up, this brawl was just allowed to happen.

Konosuke Takeshita vs. Ricochet for the AEW International Title

Renee Paquette is ringside pre-match saying she talked to Takeshita earlier today, who said he knows what Ricochet is capable of, but he’s the champion is the title needs. Ricochet attacked before the bell and hit a quick dive to the outside, springboard dropkick back inside and Sasuke Special on the opposite side of the ring. Springboard 450 Splash connects back inside for two in a crazy sequence for the challenger. Takeshita ran through a chop and flew for a Takeshita-line, but Ricochet answered with a 619 in the corner, springboard flying clothesline and running Shooting Star for a near fall, as it was all Ricochet throughout commercial, even hitting a dropkick and AJ Styles pose. Takeshita reversed an Irish whip, overcommitted and missed a running knee in the corner, allowing Ricochet to hit a springboard dropkick to the outside.

Running Shooting Star from the apron was caught, as Takeshita hit an Exploder as back inside, Ricochet wanted a handspring back elbow, only to land right into a Blue Thunder Bomb for two. Slugfest ensues, as Takeshita starts firing himself up, wall walk from Ricochet, hard forearm from Takeshita, spin kick from Ricochet, as both trade pin attempts. Ricochet wanted Vertigo, but Takeshita countered into a Bastard Driver and release German. Ricochet hit a moonsault into Vertigo out of the corner for a close two, as even Nigel McGuinness thought it was over. Ricochet lowered the knee pad and hit his own Power Drive Knee before going up top for a Shooting Star Press, but Takeshita kicked out. Ricochet took forever to go back up top, allowing Takeshita to cut him off for an Avalanche Belly to Back, only Ricochet landed on his feet, whiffed on Spirit Gun and Takeshita tried a Power Drive Knee, Ricochet leapt for a hurricanrana, but was planted with a high stack powerbomb for two.

Takeshita was going for his Power Drive Knee, but Referee Paul Turner (who we’re told Ricochet pulled in front of himself, but didn’t really look like it, Turner just stood in front) stepped in the way and Ricochet hit an uppercut headbutt and Rico-sault for two. Ricochet wanted Spirit Gun, but was turned inside out with a Takeshita lariat, as Takeshita hit the Power Drive Knee and Raging Fire for the win.

Match Result: Konosuke Takeshita defeated Ricochet to retain the AEW International Title

Chaos Erupts to End Dynamite

Mark Briscoe came out right at the end of the match and gave Takeshita his props on the aisle before heading to the ring. Briscoe said Sunday will be Steel Cage Warfare and his buddies are ready to throw down and have fun in Cali. Briscoe said his crew has a reputation in this type of match and talked about the thrill of the battle. At Forbidden Door, the implications are a little more consequential, as when they emerge victorious, Briscoe will get a shot at the AEW World Title, held by the scum of the Earth, Maxwell Jaco Friedman. Briscoe never thought he’d say this, but he agrees with something he said, that they are nothing alike, thank God for that, as MJF is an entitled little boy and Briscoe is a grown ass man. MJF sounds like a stupid broken record saying Briscoe isn’t championship material, which is ok, this is America, you can have any opinion you want. Last time they faced off, Briscoe beat MJF’s ass and he knows he can do it again at Forbidden Door. Briscoe will head to battle with brothers he’d die for and they’d die for him, while MJF has the Don Callis Family, talented individuals, who don’t give a damn about MJF. If MJF caught fire, they wouldn’t piss on him to put the flames out.

Don Callis walks out on the aisle and asks if Briscoe is nuts, as MJF appears behind Briscoe and attacks, but Briscoe turns the tables and teases Jay Driller, only Kyle Fletcher made the save with a Half and Half and brainbuster. Takeshita flew back in with Raging Fire on Fletcher, Kazuchika Okada in with a Rainmaker on Takeshita. Kyle O’Reilly in to sink an Ankle Lock in on Okada. Kevin Knight flies in with a springboard lariat on O’Reilly, while Darby Allin appears with a Scorpion Death Drop on Knight, but as he went for a Coffin Drop, he was caught by Jake Doyle, who planted Allin with a Boss Man Slam. Roderick Strong ran in with a combo, but Doyle mowed him down, too. Orange Cassidy in with an Orange Punch, as he hit another right as Strong hit Doyle with an Angle Slam. Cassidy was going to put on his sunglasses, when MJF punted him low. Briscoe was about to hit the Jay Driller, as Andrade appeared and took Briscoe out with a lariat. MJF screamed at Andrade and shoved him, as Callis calmed his guy down, reminding him about the money MJF paid up. Andrade held Briscoe up like last week, MJF put on his Dynamite Diamond Ring, only this week, Briscoe moved and MJF decked Andrade. MJF screamed at Andrade for being an idiot, as Briscoe finally spiked MJF with the Jay Driller, with Team Briscoe standing tall to end the show and Briscoe raising the AEW World Title high.
