AEW Dynamite Sees Slight Decrease in Viewership on February 19

AEW Dynamite Sees Slight Decrease in Viewership on February 19 – AEW Dynamite experienced a minor drop in viewership for the February 19 episode, with 563,000 viewers tuning in according to Wrestlenomics. This marks a decrease from the previous week, which saw 579,000 viewers. However, the show saw an improvement in the key 18 to 49 demographic, with a 0.17 rating, up from 0.16 the week before.

The February 19 episode opened with a highly anticipated face-to-face promo between AEW World Champion MJF and Hangman Page, setting the stage for intense rivalry-building. The night continued with Powerhouse Hobbs emerging victorious over Big Bill in a Street Fight, which many believe marked the conclusion of their ongoing feud.

In women’s action, Megan Bayne defeated Kris Statlander, but Statlander was attacked by Penelope Ford after the match. The assault prompted Thunder Rosa to come to Statlander’s aid, adding more fuel to the ongoing women’s division storyline.

The main event of the night saw Orange Cassidy earn a future shot at the AEW International Championship by defeating Roderick Strong. Cassidy will challenge Konosuke Takeshita for the title next week on Dynamite, promising another high-stakes match.

While AEW Dynamite experienced a small drop in viewership, the show managed to deliver a solid lineup of action and storyline developments, keeping fans engaged ahead of next week’s episode.
