Roxanne Perez and Lyra Valkyria Engage in Social Media Spat – On the March 19 episode of NXT, Roxanne Perez brawled with Lyra Valkyria and left the Women’s Champion lying as she targeted her injured arm. WWE then confirmed that Valkyria would defend the title against Perez at NXT Stand & Deliver.
On March 19, Roxanne Perez shared a post that Valkyria made on social media in 2014, in which she shared a picture of AJ Lee and a younger Roxanne. In the post, Lyra noted that the girl (Perez) looked like she was about to cry. Perez fired back by sharing a picture of herself standing over Valkyria on the March 19 episode of NXT and asked her who was crying now.
Valkyria also commented on the picture and noted that in another world, she and Perez may have been friends in another world. She wrote that Perez would have to look in the mirror and tell that little girl why she made all the wrong choices. Valkyria then vowed to make Perez pay at NXT Stand & Deliver.
