Brock Lesnar Removed From WWE 2K SuperCard Game – Several fans on social media noticed today that Brock Lesnar has been pulled from the WWE 2K Supercard mobile game.
This appears to be the result of Lesnar being named in the Wall Street Journal story last week in regards to the lawsuit filed by Janel Grant against WWE, Vince McMahon, and John Laurinaitis where she alleges that she was sexually assaulted when she was an employee at WWE Headquarters.
The lawsuit alleges that McMahon told Grant to provide sexual favors to Lesnar because that was what was required to get Lesnar to sign a new deal with WWE. Lesnar was scheduled to appear in the Men’s Royal Rumble match but was pulled and replaced with Bron Breakker.
PWInsider is reporting that Lesnar will be downplayed as much as possible going forward by 2K games and potentially other licensees. It’s not known if we will ever see Lesnar on WWE TV again. It’s possible that he will return at some point but there are people in the company who believe we’ve seen the last of him.
