Big Three-Way Match Set for Gold League Finals

Big Three-Way Match Set for Gold League Finals – The final match of AEW’s Continental Classic Gold League is now official.

The December 20 episode of AEW Dynamite: Holiday Bash was headlined by Jon Moxley vs. Jay White in a pivotal Gold League Continental Classic match. Moxley entered the bout with 12 points, while White entered with 9.

After a physical battle that had just passed the 15-minute mark, White pinned Moxley after hitting the Blade Runner. As a result, White, Moxley, and Swerve Strickland will now face each other in a three-way Gold League final on next week’s New Year’s Smash edition of Dynamite in Orlando.

The winner of that three-way bout will then go on to compete against the Blue League winner for the AEW Continental Championship at AEW Worlds End on December 30.

Thus far, this is the only match confirmed for Dynamite: New Year’s Smash.
