Matt Riddle Changes His Look – It seems Matt Riddle is preparing for a new chapter in his life and career outside the WWE landscape following his release.
His departure from WWE came amidst the widespread talent releases that affected both NXT and the main roster a few months ago. Riddle faced a downward turn after Randy Orton’s serious back injury led to them relinquishing the Raw Tag Team Titles last May. Plans for a potential feud between them were also put on hold when Riddle went into rehab last summer due to substance issues and failed drug tests.
Following his stint with Drew McIntyre, Riddle’s representatives are reportedly in talks with various companies. However, he’s unable to commit to any until his non-compete clause expires in December.
In his post-WWE life, Riddle’s first match will be against RVD at the Big Time Wrestling The Reunion 3 event on Saturday, March 9, 2024, in Chillicothe, Ohio. Additionally, he has secured his initial post-WWE appearance.
It seems Riddle also underwent a change in appearance, as seen in a photo he shared on his Instagram story where he’s sporting a new haircut.
