Baron Corbin vs. Wes Lee is now advertised for Tuesday’s show. WWE posted to X on Monday to confirm the news.
The match was set up in an angle on last week’s show when Corbin interrupted a backstage interview with Lee.
Lee returned to NXT for the first time since September 12 on night two of Halloween Havoc. He attacked Dominik Mysterio and made it clear he wants another shot at the North American title. Mysterio defeated Lee to win the championship in July.
As for Corbin, this will be his first match on WWE programming since Carmelo Hayes defeated him and Dijak in a number-one contenders match on the October 17 episode.
