Juice Robinson Triumphs in Dozen Battle Royale, Set to Challenge MJF – Juice Robinson has secured an opportunity to vie for the coveted Dynamite Diamond Ring on the upcoming October 25 episode of AEW Dynamite.
The road to this contest began on the October 18 episode of AEW Dynamite, where the main event featured the annual 2023 Dynamite Dozen Battle Royale. Juice Robinson had been eyeing AEW World Champion MJF’s diamond ring for some time. In an amusing moment earlier in the same episode, Robinson humorously expressed his intention to pawn the ring once he won it, with the intention of fixing a tooth.
Several AEW stars, including Matt Sydal, Johnny TV, Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy, Komander, Dustin Rhodes, Jake Hager, Daniel Garcia, and Max Caster, all participated in this thrilling match. In the closing moments, Robinson, Caster, Garcia, and Rhodes were the last competitors remaining. Garcia eliminated Rhodes, and Caster seemed poised for victory until Jay White’s unexpected attack on MJF, who was on commentary for the match. Robinson seized this opportunity, donning a ring of his own, using it to strike Caster, and sending him over the top rope to secure the victory.
Juice Robinson’s triumph now grants him the right to challenge MJF for the Dynamite Diamond Ring in a match scheduled for the October 25 episode of AEW Dynamite. This marks a significant shift, as MJF had previously emerged victorious in every Dynamite Dozen Battle Royale dating back to 2019.
